Try taking a warm bath, or lay on the floor, on your back with not supports. It might be uncomfortable, but your back will feel better.
yoga and stretching can help. and drink LOTS of water.
Taking a hot shower or putting a warm towel on you will help.
Have you tried a heating pad on your tummy or your back?
Try a heating pad.
You must be like 12 if you can't take pain killers without your parents being home. Just lay down on the couch or take a warm bath and soak...
Use a heating pad....it works better than pain killers. Also try some stretching. It will bring oxygen to the area and help relieve the pain.

Good luck!
you could get a heating pad...they help relieve cramps pretty well.

you can soak in a tub of hot water and some ladies find a lil relief in drinking a cup of hot coffee i don't know why but it true...
Try a good long hot shower and then go for a walk (or if you can't go outside, do stretches in the house)
GOOD LUCK!
heat is supposed to help and also keep your knees up so you are in a ball, thats what i used to do and it worked for me, u have to do this for longer than a few mins tho
Can't you call them and ask if you can take something? take a hot shower and lay down relax use a heating pad.
I always use a heating pad, but if you don't have one, the next best thing is this: get a sock and put uncooked rice in it and the warm it in the microwave for a few minutes, and it works the same. They do that sometimes when you are in labor in the hospital. Hope this helps!!

Pain in your lower back right? Try to drink ALOT of water to rehydrate yourself and to give your kidneys a boost.
You can try a product called Salon Paws, sold at most major retailers and drug stores. It is simular to an Icey Hot patch but in my personal opinion it works allot better, you can apply them anywhere on your body for instant relief, they are used allot by professional athletes, and they are inexpensive too. Good Luck!
My wife like to lay back in the hot bath tub and let the warm water run over her pubic area. She says this creates an orgasm like feeling which relieves her cramps. Good luck
Moving around helps ease cramps. If you just sit on your butt somewhere, it will keep hurting.
