How to pop your own back?


Question:
my backs been in pain for like two weeks. I want this to end

Answers:
Twist left to right, sit on the floor and slowly lean back, it will slide in to place itself sometimes, stand up with your hands on your spine and arch while pushing, that's how I do it. If you can't find relief go to a chiropractor.

i have had 3 major back operations and have been in pain for 18 yrs go to doc and get mri to treat your back
1-sit on the floor w/ your legs straight foward and together
2- take your right leg and bring it over your left one and your knee somewhat close to your chin w/ you right foot flat.
3- take your right elbow and turn it so it on the left side of you right leg.
4-try to turn left while your elbow pushes against your leg and your back will crack.
5- try the other side
