Disability Discrimination?

I had a job interview the other day at cineworld, which you dont exactly have to be a genious to work at. The guy asks "Do you have any known disabilities?" and looks shocked when I say yes (I have non visable physical disability). He then proceeds to say, "Do you have any commitments due to this disability?" I say "Yes, I have to have physiotherapy once every two weeks." To which he responded..."AH!" and looked at me in disgust. He tells me I will hear from them no matter what the outcome...that was 2 months ago, and still no word.

Im not dumb, I have good qualifications, and retail experience, and the only thing in the interview that makes me think of why I havent got the job was the VERY rude "AH!" he gave me. Any advice?

choose how you frame up anything personal and how each time you modify your responses. your just becoming a person who will develope additudes in how you (betray) your self. doing interviews are a way of life and it will be in your favor to see the best in even these (worst) of situations because of the roll reversal feature of the very same question and answer is at this point of discrimination a view to the personal dept. a view of how you respond or not respond to abuse in protecting your self in the defense of your handicap. the point i hope i'm making is some people have good people skills and will aid you when the response is appropriate,some employer would rather screen you to have you respond to negitive things so as to see you make your moves, if you salk or glare they want to see your sensitivity levels as they are and some handicappped people have no idea that they are judged this way or that they can be shot at by the behavioral science and except neural damage. in your case the guy was a clown, so move on, at least you've taken notice that this can and will occur and avoid the same game twice. your courage underfire is showing GOOD FOR YOU
You should report his azz. You can report him to the better business bureau or to your local naacp. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated. You should also tell his manager and even go above his manager's manager's head. I am very sorry that you had to go through this.
