i found a round white pill with p2 on it can anyone tell me what it is?

Question:
there's nothing on it but p2

Answers:
Round white tablet imprinted P2 is 200 mg ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It's generic Advil.

Any pills you find should be thrown down the toilet. You can always bring them to a pharmacist and they may be able to determine what it is in case you are suspecting someone of taking illegal drugs.
