i'm allergic to misquito bites and when i get bitten my airways close up and i get huge, painful welts all over my body..but maybe allergic reactions differ between people.

Sorry for your weird answers from others, but I'd like to know that too because I swell up HUGE too. I thought its because Im around different kinds of mosquitos now. I moved from CA to NY and theyre different here, I stay up all night itching!! It sucks and I hate it. So if you ever get an honest answer.let me know! Someone told me witch hazel stops the itch.
