Hospital gore?

What do hospitals/clinics do with removed human parts, such as amputated limbs, liposuction-ed fat, removed organs (ie an appendix), and other gross human gore?

Answers:
Things that are unknown-- meaning a weird cancer or something, are saved ina lab on site.
The rest is incincerated and sent to a dump for biomedical waste.
