my big toe is not normal?

its almost bigger then my actuall big toe we've gona to 4 dr. all of them will not fix it and say im to young to fix it anyways. one said its a tumor(not a major one), then they said i have hammer toes some said extra skin they all say the same and different things i definatly dont lke it and i was hoping to get it fixed. sometimes when people like friends look down it makes me feel like they are looking at my TOE! I got a pedicure for the new school yr. to make it not as noticeable but i cant keep getting pedicures to much money. idk what to do .

I'm also adopted so idk if its generic

It's not unusual for the toe next to your big toe to be longer than your big toe. You did not give your age but mentioned the new school year. I think that most doctors prefer to wait until your bones have settled down and stopped growing. When I was much younger my mother took me to the doctor with because she thought I had large protruding ears. The doctor's reply was "Don't worry, his head will grow to fit them" and it did!! The word is not "generic" but genetic although hereditary would be a better choice.
