for 10 over yrs i keep having headache feeling nuasea light headed/ dizzyness sometimes my stomach will also feel very bloated is this migraine? i get it very often sometimes 3-4 times a month and it can last up to 10 over days.

Answers:
It can be migraine headache. These painful headaches are usually preceded or accompanied by a sensory warning sign (aura), such as flashes of light, blind spots or tingling in your arm or leg. A migraine headache is also often accompanied by other signs and symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine pain can be excruciating and may incapacitate you for hours or even days.
Migraine pain just like pain of any origin gives an autonomic response in such that the other systems react that is why you have nausea, feel bloated, and feel lighthededness and dizziness. It can be treated by a pain relieving medicine or a preventive medicine. The right medicines combined with self-help remedies and changes in lifestyle may make a tremendous difference for you.

There are things that causes migraine, so to help yourself some prevention you need to emphasize on the following things. Avoid triggers. If certain foods seem to have triggered your headaches in the past, eat something else. If certain scents are a problem, try to avoid them. In general, try to establish a daily routine with regular sleep patterns and regular meals.
Exercise regularly. Regular aerobic exercise reduces tension and can help prevent migraines. Choose any aerobic exercise you enjoy, including walking, swimming and cycling. Warm up slowly however, because sudden, intense exercise can cause headaches.
Reduce the effects of estrogen. If you're a woman with migraines and estrogen seems to trigger or make your headaches worse, or if you have a family history of stroke or high blood pressure, you may want to avoid or reduce the amount of medications you take that contain estrogen. These medications include birth control pills and hormone replacement therapy.
Quit smoking. If you smoke, talk to your doctor about quitting. Smoking can trigger headaches or make headaches worse.

It's likely your headaches don't signal a serious medical condition. Such headache however could have rooted from a specific cause which you need to know by taking some time to see a doctor to have a better assessment and appropriate management.

most likley.
Sounds like it..if it makes every light and sound hurt like hell as well then it is..I've had them for almost all of my life..
You did not mention the severe pain, photo sensitivity, and intolerance to noise. Some people suffer so much that they actually lose their vision during a migraine cycle. Get an MRI to be sure.
No, it's not migraine!
If you had a migraine you would surely know you had one.
I think you suffer from some kind of stress, perhaps loneliness, anger.
Do consult your doctor.
You can't get pills for every ailment; sometimes you have to think in other ways.
Yes, it is.
yes, or maybe migraine because of a sinusite
a migraine also usually only hits one side of the head..most of your symptoms sound like it...and as another said..if you had one..you would know it! I get them, knocks me to my knees..the only thing I can do is go to bed after taking meds, close my eyes and hope the flashing lights and pain goes away
not being a doctor but being a migraine sufferer for many years i have alot of the symptoms you have described. but the only sure way is to go to a doctor and have him work you up for them and then he can prescribe the proper medication for you. also how is your blood pressure? it can be many things but going to the doctor he can rule out these things and get you to feeling better!!
good luck and take care!
Probably - and to get rid of the symptoms, I'd recommend a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The effect on the self-healing power of the body is simply amazing, specially with migraines.

I have experienced the treatment myself, and I'm really convinced. That's the reason for writing about in here.

At present, the treatment is available in California and Europe, costing around 200 Dollars. Good luck!
