My heart beats abnormally fast sometimes...why?

Question: I'm 22 and sometimes, not often but sometimes, my heart will just start beating really really fast, I'll start to cough, and my head feels strange...kind of numb...I don't know how to describe it. It usually happens when I lean down and then get back up. Sometimes it happens out of nowhere....what could this be? I don't get sick. I can excercise just fine...I just don't understand what this is and why it happens.
