Actually caring for others reaction is a strong point. It keeps you in control.
The problem is that you care too much because you are not confident of yourself. Keeping up our awareness as it is, but you need to feel confident of yourself. Talk to some of your close friends for your sibling about how they feel about some of your insecurities. You may need some changes but, once you gain the confidence it will be easy.
Use concentration and a focused mind to your advantage - not a drawback.

Need to get 'in touch' with how you feel about the world your living in. Someone shoot you down? I know how dibilitating that can seem. Try to build yourself up again. Regain your emmotional strength (hopefully you can afford a shrink). Keep in mind,,if you don't have a good life,,in this life,,you may not get another try at it.
When ever ur mind starts to think of what others think, just just take ur hand and put it on ur heart and do what it says. In this world every one is judging some one or the other the differnce is to be happy with what u have and have confidence in what u r doing. some ppl have nothing in their life thats y they judge u. pity them and be glad of what u have.
you need to realize that fact that you can never be truely healthy (mind body spirt) without first taking care of your own needs first. You must be able to please yourself before you can please others. Work on YOU for now, and latter you will be able to please others in a more useful or meaningful way. You did not come into exsistance for the bennefit of others, but remember that others should bennifit from your existance.
