Any Advice on a STYE?

I have a horrible pain in my Eye, and it looks horrible, I work in the public and need to get rid of this stye, please tell me anyway you know to rid of it soon>?

I have found in the past that when I feel a stye starting, I pull out the eyelash that has the stye at its base. I used to get styes but not anymore since I did this.

I only know of one way and it is a little bit gross but if you don't want to go to the doctor this is the only way I know. You need to put urine on it. I told you it was gross. The reality is that the acid in the urine will get rid of the sty. Otherwise you have to go to a doctor and get an eye ointment.
