Chill out babe. Your friend may be one of probably many people who can tolerate the smell of feces. Many people, including me, have no reaction to the smell of it while others get sick to the point of vomiting. I've been blessed with having a father who was raised on a farm and he got us away from being grossed out.

If your friend is weird or strange than I guess I am too. Unless you happen to see her eat a s--t sandwich I wouldn't worry about her.

Somebody has a problem! If your friend is real, then, she has a serious problem. If you just made up this dumb question, then you are the sick one. That is the most disgusting thing that I have ever heard of. Somebody needs to be committed. Is it you or your friend?

Well why don't you just see if she will, if she does, then yes, she definitely has a problem and I would seriously ask myself two questions:
1. "Why do I want to be her friend."
2. Why do I not know the answer to this question already?
