im 15.do stretch marks ever go away?

Question: okay so im 15 and iused2 be kinda or rlly fat when i was younger, but now ive lostt all that fat.and ilook skinny......but iihav strechmarks on the sides of both of my knees and also on my lowerback..(not verynoticeble but they can be seen if u look a lilcloser....will they ever go away???....i run alot too....is thta y??...any suggestions on how 2 get rid of them? thnks.
