i have pain on the right side of my lower abdomin?

Question: i am having pain on my lowerright side of my stomack i ran a nile on tuseday and after that my leg is sore and my side hurts i was afraid it can be appendicitis but im not sure if it was because of the run i havent excercised in a while but i dont know what do u think it can be?

It could be anything. But you have to exclude appendicitis
see a doctor
