What is wrong with me??

Question:
i keep getting really horrible stomach cramps out of nowhere. I get them several times a day and they last about a minute. sometimes they are so bad that it hurts too much to even stand up. what can i do to help it until i am able to get to a dr. and does anyone know what it might be?

Answers:
No one but a doctor could tell you for sure. I would hesitate to recommend anything without consulting your doctor, because the wrong thing could hurt you. have you tried Mylanta, Rolaids, or Tums? Does it occur after you have eaten any particular thing? Try to document when it occurs, what you were doing, what you had eaten, anything that seems relevant.. if it becomes too severe go to your local Emergency room, otherwise see your doctor as soon as possible.

Other Answers:
Depends where the pain is located exactly. Could just be mild stomach cramps, or even something with your gallbladder. Depends on a few factors.

Not to be indelicate, but are you starting your period ?

Not a kidney stone, that pain is so intense you would be screaming.

Go to the doctor. If it's ur appendix, it's easy to take out, but you'll die if u don't. Quick too. now when you say stomach, is it actually your stomach or is it your intestines which is your lower gut? my guess is it's probably your lower gut, your intestines, and it's probably either bad gas, but u might want to get it checked out in case you're impacted (which can be deadly if it gets bad enough)

you could have a gas problem, try to fart when the pain accours....

Get the proper DIET,WITH PROPER, MEAL-TIMES.

try a little soft foods crackers, mashed taters, also piss on a litmus paper and check your ph i bet you are on the more acidic level relax and see your doc asap this could be the symtom of a number of things. For example eating bad food, stomach ulcers, gall bladder infection, indigestion, or a virus.

It could be your gallbladder. The symptoms sound the same. The best thing for you to do is to go to the ER the next time it happens. They will be able to get you comfortable and find out what the problem is. Good Luck.
