Freaking buttons?

Question: I've got a button on my nose that just came up overnight and i want to know how to get rid of it quick and what are the causes for it?? Is it possible that it's a type of recurring thing that comes with increased stress periods and lack of sleep? Thanks for the help in advance.

Do not play in the acne just wash it with clearens.
