Well there are definately different types of rape. There is stranger rape which by name definition alone is by someone you don't know. Aquaintaince rape is by someone you are aquaintances with. again by name definition and of course date rape and spousal rape. All of which exist. Rape is being forced to have sexual intercourse against your will. That means even if it's your husband, boyfriend or significant other , You say NO it's still RAPE.

huh? whats your question agian? Rape is rape. I don't think there are different "types". If someone says no at any time this is rape.
