i have a problem when my alarm clock goes off in the morning i just turn it off without waking up how can stop

Question:
how do i stop this from happening

Answers:
It sounds as though you need more sleep, because you can't wake up with the alarm. First you need to figure out how many hours your body needs to sleep. Everyone is different. Go to bed before midnight on a day that you do not have to be anywhere until late in the afternoon. Don't use the alarm. Note the time you wake up and calculate the hours. You might be surprised to learn that you need 9-10 hours. Most adults need between 7-8. If you wake up after 5 hours...you should consult a doctor, you may have a sleep disorder (you may have one anyway but this test will help determine if you do). Needless to say, start going to bed at a time that will give you the time you need to sleep.

Other Answers:
move the clock out of your reach.....
move the clock across the room so you have to get up and turn it off.
That happens to me when I don't get enough sleep! Make sure you get 8hrs.
don't put ur alam clock near your bed
use two, set one loud but very far away from you so that you are forced to get out of bed to turn it off
move the alarm clock accross the room so you have to actually get up when it goes off. and get one that is really annoying so you know you will wake up.
put the clock out of reach, then you have to get out of bed to shut it off
Get off your big lazy butt, and wake up when that Alarm hollars at you! You defeat the entire purpose of having an alarm clock by turning it off, and then sleeping again. You might as well leave it off so it wont bother you to wake up.
get louder alarm clock
put it on the other side of the room
move it away from ur bed, across the room. that way you have to get up an turn it off
Put the alarm clock further away from your bed. Get a second alarm clock to back up the first. Put the lights on your room on a timer to wake you up as well.

move the clock far away so u have to get up to turn it off.
or get one those clocks wit hthe snooze feature.
once u turn it off, it starts again 5 minutes later.
cool stuff.
put the clock across the room and spread stuff on the floor so as you cross to turn it off you trip all over everything and fall on your face - you'll be awake then - maybe not in a very good mood but awake!
try moving it across the room from you
First of all, move the clock clear accross the room. Second, get another alarm clock with a different tone. When the first one goes off, if you get up, turn it off, and then go back to bed, the second will go off.
put it out of reach lol
Wow, that sounds like me.

I've had to put my alarm clock far away from my bed so that I have to get out of bed in order to just turn the danged thing off. By then you're usually awake enough that you don't go fully back to sleep.

If need be, get two or three clocks, each set at a different time just a little ahead of each other. That way if you turn off one, you've got two more to wake you.
put it under your bed
when you reach out, you'll fall and you'll wake up
put it across the room so when it goes off you have to get up to shut it off
Dr. Phil had a show on this very topic. Research his past shows and see what he said the woman's problem and solution were. It wasn't too long ago...Maybe a month or two ago.
Either put it across the room or get a couple more and set them to go off within minutes of each other.
My brother had a cool one that was a baseball and when it went off you got it and threw it across the room. when it hit the wall it went to snooze. Once it went off again you had to get up and find it. I can't seem to find one but maybe you can find one out there.
Traditionally, move it away from the bed so you can't reach the clock. A Sunrise clock is the best thing I have found. It slowly brings your room to full daylight and you usually wake up before the alarm ever goes off.
I used to have the same problem. I took an alarm clok on a pie tin and placed it under my bed.
Get another one, and put it on the other side of the bed. Stay off drugs. Ambien is BAD.

move the alarm clock across the room. My husband does this but he has me to yell at him and make sure he gets up on time.
quit being lazy thats how
Had that problem. How'd I get over it?

I got married. lol.

She kicks (literally) me out of bed. It works. Most effective way.

I once tried moving the clock out of my reach... but I just picked up a water glass and threw it at the clock. needed a new one after that.
