watch out about hormone replacement therapy, but look into it.become your body's best friend.learn hatha yoga and kriya techniques mainly for the pranayama breathing and how to align and get to "know your body and your whole essence".stop letting the cult of dis-ease give you labels for your problems and rather, understand what is, not what can be.
I'm a 42 yr. old female with RA and a host of other problems, unfortunately, I don't think you can make it go away. A friend of mine who has RA drinks cherry juice or eats cherries right off of her tree and she swears by it. Me, I take Loratab for it and I've been on that for 5 years. Keep in mind I have other problems as well, but try the cherry juice, it may work for you. Oh, and Omega-3 is great for a lot of things.
