Do tears usually fall from both eyes or just one?

Question: I was watching a movie on Showtime "I am David" and it was a tear jerker. and at the end the tears started flowing but only from my right eye. why is this?

maybe you have some eye allergies

i wouldn't worry about it unless they are sore, and if they are you can usually clear it up with some visine (or even claratin)

In my experience with crying (and I have done a lot of it), tears have fallen from both eyes. I have known people who have clogged tear ducts, maybe that is a possibility with your left eye.
