How the hell is taking your appendix out going to stop chest pain? Having an appendicitis attack makes your stomach and lower right quadrant hurt, not you chest! You are so stupid!

Stitches are old fashioned. I recommend you hop down to your local office supply and get yourself a stapler. To control the pain, have someone hit you with a 2x4 every few minutes. An appendix looks like an aardvark and is located behind your left knee. Good Luck in curing your chest pain.
Are you completely stupid or what? Go to the doctor you moron... for one, if you have pain in the chest it is NOT appenicitis, two, performing surgery on oneself is idiotic (and thats being nice).
