It is a personal decision. If you are having medical problems like back problems, then I would suggest you consult with a doctor. My sister had hers reduce because of her back, and the bra strap was digging in her shoulder. I have hear some women get it for cosmetic reasons, they are uncomfortable about the stares and comment they get from men. I would say consult a doctor and make the decision for yourself.

have to see to give an honest evaluation-sometimes too large or too small can look freakish and not good on one's figure but some women do need larger breasts because it complements their frame. Generally i wouldn't recommend breast reductions because of the way they are done and the nipples being "disconnected" because you could lose sensitivity or have other problems.

if they don't causes u health probs , i guess no need to any surgery, u can always find sauitable blouses and collars that fit with them and maybe u'll find a bf who loves them too.
but if they cause u such an itching or skin reddening , u should see a doc to help u with the prob.
but if u wanna do the surgery ,plz take in ur account that may be there will be risks after the surgery.

It's up to you obviously but why would you want to get a reduction? I've done research on breast reduction cuz I too have big breast. It cost more than getting boobs and it is more painful. I've done reseach here in Florida and it costs about $10,000 to get a reduction. To get inplants it costs about $5,000.

I had one done on my big breasts and now I'm a C cup. I am thrilled with the results and it's the best decision I ever made!
