Girls. plz help!!?

Question:
ok i have really bad cramps how can i get over than it hurts so ... much i get even move or eat!

Answers:
Hey been there done that..there is not much you can do other than suffer through it.but next time, a week before you expect to get cramps start taking over the counter calcium from the drug store. One every morning and one every night. You can quit again once your period is over. When my doc told me that I almost slapped him for dismissing me, but it really worked for me.

Other Answers:
walk it off. also take a long warm bath with candles and drink a lot of water. if that doesn't help consult your doctor and you may need to take meds during that time of the month like I do.

Midol might help or just one of those heat pads that you put over your abdomen..that might help.or just laying down and resting might be good for the cramps midol.this stuff is great.it probably cures cancer too its that good!

use a heating pad, if you don't have one then make yourself a hot cup of caffeine free tea and hold the cup on the cramps, then drink it. that might help. take motrin or tylenol and if they're still really bad for the next day or so, i would see a doctor. i hope you feel better :)

tea or any hot drink helps A LOT!
if its really bad, try taking some medicine for it.
laying face down also helps

I always have to take two advils when i get my cramps in order for my pain to go away. TRY A HOT PACK AND SOME IBU PROFEN OR MOTRIN

lie down on the couch or your bed and find heat source like a heating pad or even warm rice an a baggy and put it over the source also take a couple ibprofuen..feel better

use BC or go and buy some pamprin

Well ,first don't drink anything cold. It builds up the clots causing your cramps to hurt even more. What you need is something hot like coffee or tea or soup (yeah I know it's like 90 degrees), but it should dissolve the blood clots. Lay down and take an Advil (or whatever pain reliever you have). You can also drink warm ginger ale.

Good luck
