I know this kid that never takes off his shirt in public?

he is a little fat.

he also dosent like to show his feet...

Any tips to help him overcome this?

Why is this a problem? Aren't people supposed to wear shirts and shoes in public? If it makes him uncomfortable, let him leave his shirt on. Let him dress to look his best. Why would anybody else care what he wears or doesn't wear? If he's uncomfortable about his weight, he should start a diet and exercise program. But don't worry about the shirt. Lots of kids don't like to take off their shirts in public. Especially the girls, for some strange reason.

Well, if the kid is a little fat, he can't just overcome that so easily... He needs to work at it..

And I think maybe.. just maybe.. the kid had webbed toes.. yep.

Don't worry about it, though.. Unless of course it IS you.. then you should watch your diet :)
