Another good site is www.MTDaily.com - They have job listings, requirements, and other information on how to apply. I also work at home as an MT and have done so for 9 years - also with MedQuist :)
It is hard for someone right out of school to get an online job. I had to work at a local hospital for a couple of years and get some experience. But I do know www.mtjobs.com is a good source for job listings (some may even allow people with less than 1 year of experience too). I work for Medquist (www.medquist.com).
