Has anyone taken Salvia, and what did you experience?

I smoked 20x potency salvia extract, and..well, it's really hard to describe the experience.

Essentially, though, I completely lost touch with reality. It's almost like what I would think an out-of-body experience would feel like. That was at the peak of the high, though. Lots of hallucinations, too.

Oh, and if you haven't smoked it yet, but are planning too, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SITTER. I cannot emphasise that enough. My buddy nearly walked off my balcony, and if I hadn't been there, he would have.

isnt salvia the italain word for sage?? its only an herb,,, ive had it with pasta and butter, delicious!! Saliva? Yea, I was kissing my woman. Tasted all right, it was part of her.

I haven't taken it (and don't plan to), but there is some info on it in the book From Chocolate to Morphine. Better watch out--it might be illegal in your home state. I think it's flown under the radar for a while, but salvia divinorum is probably gonna wind up on some DEA list eventually. From what the book said, it's not as good a trip as some other hallucinogens. Plus, it might make you sicker than, say, LSD. I mean, like nausea, headache, hangover, all that stuff. I don't really know about the trip--good vs. bad.
