Should I Talk her about her decide now?

Hello all dear,
My commited girl was mail me that because of my lates and my fail of some courses in that term and therfore one term more staying in university, she doesn't want to marry with me anymore.
Should I talk her about that she may decide too fast?
Or Wait to see whether she is angry or she has a serious decide?
