my neck wont stop.?

Question:

crackin! all i have to do is move my neck side to side and it makes this awful crackin noise sometimes it sounds like lol a crunchy noise.and whats really weird is this never started happen intill i started to get really stressed(lose my boyfriend and my mom) and sometimes when i do crack it on purpose i get really bad headaches.what the heck is wrong w/ me?! is all this cause by stress?

Sounds like TMJ - a stress related JAW problem.

it is possible, stress can do some amazing things to the body and mind. you better see your doctor, but don't go to a chiropractor-i made that mistake and spent 2 months in worse pain.
