Yours or anyone elses. There is no shame in getting help for emotional problems. It takes a strong person to admit they need help so if you do please don't be embarassed or ashamed. You would be doing the right thing by trying to make your life better.
Well, since you have the gun and bullets, therefore you have the power, you can tell them in their face that only three of them will survive, two people will die, they can choose to do themselves or they can choose you to do the work, if they refuse to kill each other, you can kill two of them, you have done your best, you keep your word, and you have one bullet left to deter the remaining three bad guys, if they choose to kill each other, well, let them do it, if two of them were killed, you can finish the rest, if more than two of them were killed, you can finish the rest and save a few bullets in case something emergency happens
