Please tell me what I can do to feel better!!?

I'm feeling very nautious. I have been, the whole day. What can I do to feel better? I have to be better before tomorrow!!

Ginger is very good for nausea. Another thing that works for me is sweet tea. good luck!
try some coffee. with very little sugar. that always makes me feel better when i get that way, but if you truly hate coffee try some 7 up. that will usually do it too.
In many cases like yours ginger ale hits the spot.
take gravel and drink ginger ale.is it hot where you are.if so stay cool or try and drink lots of fluids.and if you dont feel any better soon.i would go to your dr.hope you feel better soon

Like the previous answer: water (plenty), rest. Eat light. No meat. Many fruits, vegetables. fruits juices. And mentally, be positive that you will feel better.
Take something for it
Are you hot? Are you in airconditioning? If you are not dehydrated, eat some saltine crackers and gingerale. That can help you feel better. Good luck.

Drink iced water and hot minty tea. If you are pregnant, get several bunches of fresh dill from your supermarket and chop it up with some other veggies and make yourself salad. (Goes well with tomatoes or cucumbers.)

are you pregnant? If not then it could be stomach flu. or dehydration. Eat a few saltine crackers to help your stomach feel better if that doesn't work than go to the doctor.

first, what did you eat last nite? or do today before the present condition? was there an event? anxiety provoking event? or will there be an anxiety provoking event tomorrow? such as job interview, presentation, exam, etc. if you have the answers to these questions then you're halfway there. talk to a family member or friend if you're anxious or have a problem. communicate. and ice chips will also help lessen if not solve the physical symptoms. remember the important thing is know the source, the cause. a candy-----chocolates, if you're not allergic to it, will also help. any sweets as long you're not allergic to it or is not diabetic.

Peppermint tea works wonders. Also, 7-up or coke (non-diet) settles the stomach.
Are you hungover? if so, sip a beer. if not, light soup and ginger ale helps ease emy tummy oh and lot's of sleep
drinking a little water helps me sometimes or i put a heating pad on my stomach
my cosion is very athletic so if he feels sick he runs/jogs and it helps him feel better
