how do i get rid of chronic fatigue?
Question:
Answers:
Chronic fatigue has many, many causes. A few possibilities:
1) Anemia (which has dozens of potential causes)
2) Hypothyroidism
3) Various vitamin and mineral deficiencies
4) Heavy metal toxicities
5) Amino acid imbalances
6) Chemical toxicities
7) Intestinal Dysbiosis (imbalances in the microflora - bacteria - living in the gut
8) Leaky gut syndrome
9) Drug reactions
10) Food and Environmental Allergies and plenty of other possibilities
A good place to start educating yourself on these many issues (especially how to fix them!) is a wonderful book by Sherry Rogers, M.D. (with a gruesome but appropriate title) called: "Detoxify Or Die". She explains many causes of chronic health problems, which often include chronic fatigue, and she teaches you what you can do to treat these many and diverse problems. The book is available at Amazon.com or from the publisher at 1-800-846-6687. I highly recommend this book and others by Dr. Rogers.
Best wishes and good luck.
