It is bad for your sister to take Tylenol everyday.

Have you try to know what for is she taking tylenol?
It is not bad to take Tylenol every day. Tylenol is lethal at 7 Grams. The usual dose recommended for adults is 2 pills (=650mg). Thus, you would have to take at least 21 pills per day for it to have a toxic effect on your liver.

However, Tylenol PM is much different, as it has Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25mg in it. The usual recommended dose for an adult is 1-2 tablets. Why is she taking 4 a day? Or is she taking all 4 at once at night? If it's to sleep, then she really needs to see a physician so he can prescribe her some sleeping medicines such as Ambien or Lunesta.

P.S. PearlGates. no, it does not cause "tummy" problems. That is the ibuprofen product (brand names of Advil/Motrin). Tylenol does not have that effect. Perhaps get a clue before trying to answer something that is beyond your thinking capabilities.
your sis may have a mental problem overlapping her need. It's all in the mind. Of course it's bad for her, eventually she will develop ulcers and tummy lining bleeding.
