growth in teens?

Question:

I'am 17 years old,135lbs and 5"4 in height. Am I done growing? I feel like I haven't gone through a growth spurt yet and I'am 17!!.My parents are 5"11 (father) and 5"6(mother) both average height for their genders. Is there an explanation to this?It feels like Something is not adding up, I could understand if I had relatively short parents then I could understand that those were genetics given to me but I don't have short parents. At this age do I need to see a doctor that specializes in this type of thing? Also do these pills really make you grow taller? http://www.heightgrowth.com/home.html
