Depends on where they are. If they are in your house, a badminton racket will work to stun them and you can put them outside. But seal up the house. They can squeeze in a very tiny hole so get out the caulking gun and go to it.
If they are outside, why do you want to get rid of them? They are great at mosquito control.

I don't know where you are but bats are endangered here and we have to observe strict laws about them. I would contact your local Wildlife Officer, I am sure they can point you in the right direction.
some bats are attracted to mosquitoes so if u get red of them then your bats might go away after a few days.
