Well see a doctor but just start slowly decreasing the dosage until you have completely weaned yourself off of them. If you do it too fast, you will suffer the side effects of dt's.
Whatever you do, don't take Kava...if you mix Kava which is a natural herb known for it's relaxation qualities with pharmaceutical relaxants it has a tendancy to become overly potent and has been known to put people into a coma.
