have lots and lots of sex..makes ya feel a whole lot better Lots of things: Read, tickle my feet with the tip of something like a pen(or when my feet hurt or whatever, re-aligns communication between my nerves), dress weird on purpose and go to a public place to see who notices and what they do (it is very hard not to laugh and give it away), daydream that whatever I wished would happen actually did, etc. Not enough room or time to do this here.


I listen to music, It helps me think of somthing else, so i won't be so gloomy Or it calms me down, so i wouldn't be jumping off the walls.


Sleeping.

Masturbate and feel sorry for myself ! when i'm feeling down i usually go to my room and listen to music, draw, watch t.v, go to sleep, or i go off for a long walk and think about things. i'm bipolar and have severe depression so i do those things alot.


i like to read alot it helps take my mind off things and leads me into another world which is nice.

or if i'm depressed and angry..i usually go for a walk or jog. exercising is also great for clearing your mind and you get endorphins when you exercise which make you happier.

or i go for a drive it's nice to drive around because it also clears your head. preferrably down an empty street. driving in the middle of traffic is not recommended because you will get road rage there's no way around it.
