Why is it that when a person stands nude, at body temperature (36 C)(97 F) that they still feel hot?

Question:
Guidelines:

-stand in shade
-no clothing
-temperature should be same as body.

You still feel hot. WHY?

Answers:
The body is like a car engine, generating extra heat all the time. We need to get rid of the heat to keep from overheating, we have to transfer that heat into the air.

When the air temperature comes close to to the body temperature, the difference between the body temp and the air temp is not enough to carry heat away rapidly enough.

the air can't suck up enough body heat to cool us down. And humidity makes it worse.
