Why pick at them and open your skin which is the defense barrier to other germs and bacteria. I do have some scabs on my head due to excema and have found the more u pick at or scratch them the more itchy they become so best thing is .DON'T TOUCH THEM

they itch like hell..best keep them dry as possible and in your case cover them up.Scabs in the hair. have them checked out..could be more serious as exposed to the sun.
