Tricks For Astama?

Question: i hav astama and i hav takin inhauler every 4 hours as instruced. its goin a littl bettr but im still havin troubl breathing does anyone hav any "tricks" to help it.

Try sipping on hot coffee or a hot tea. Seems to help my kids.

I have Asthma too. Unfortunatley there are no tricks that will help u. Just drink some water and take deep breaths.
