try some makeup or toothpaste not the gel kind.
go to the store and buy some concealer. make sure you get the right color tho, because otherwise it is really obvious. its the only thing. you could also ask your mom/sister if they have some you can borrow.

Toothpaste or Visine. It will dry up the pimple and make it less noticeable. Visine . . . it takes the red out.
i use a concealer, i never wear make up, in fact i have the concealer only for that use and no other. it works pretty well.
put some toothpaste on it before bed. it usually dries them out and lessens scarring.

I use alcohol to dry it up quick. But if you are going out, get a good concealer, but make sure it is a shade lighter than your foundation. A yellowish tint concealer lessens the redness too. Hope it helps.

I hear toothpaste with flouride works. If you can get out though buy some Clean & Clear Invisable Blemish Treatment WITH SALICYLIC ACID it works miracles!
You could try visine to take away the redness. They also sell green (yes, green) cover up especially for zits. I guess the green color covers the redness.
