can you move out? otherwise, willpower and look at where that life leads.. do you want to live in a trailer your hole life struggling, be picked on by cops and looked down on in society? I left that life behind, divorced, and I see now how wonderful the OTHER side of the fence is.. unfortuanetly, I cannot barely remember several years of my life. It is true, you can change, YOU must do it, and if you must sever ties and start over, if you want a good life, it will come. But nothing happens overnight, and no one will change for you, and it is very hard to give up the "life" if you do so. welcome to coherant world my friend. Where the fun really is..

i'm in the same situation. ask them to not smoke around you, like in a specific room, and if they don't, just try to chill outside, or away from the house as much as possible

First of all congrats and good luck

Second - thats a tough call, if moving away or having them move out is not a option then you have your work cut out for you because the temption will always be there no matter where they are in the home, and eventually if you do not have a strong willpower you will cave back in

I would speak to these people and try to come up with a solution between yourselves, Maybe they can use when you are not home and spray the home with fabreeze to mask the smell a bit

Good luck and i hope you are able to come up with a good solution They live with you or are these your siblings? If it's your house, tell them not to do it around you. If it's not your house, ask them to respect your desire to stay clean and sober.
