first,eating! when the stomach's full (but not too much full),the brain will work well.

secound,try to find some friend. just for do some activties together. u know some time being alone for long time can make people get depressed,so share time with someone will get rid of sad and lonely feeling.

third,if the depress still,should try to find out that what's on your mind? what kind or problem that make u get depressed?

then try to handle with that problem.

fourth,some problem is not easy thing to kick it out. some time it better to let it be,if that problem don't kill u. but if that problem gonna kill u,should try to find some help from some people ex. your family,your friend,your boy/girl friend,your neigbour,your doctor,your hairdresser etc . u will see that kindness and help fr still exist on this world.

fifth,if u do all the thing already,but it still depress u. i recommend u to pray for god. sometime believe in religious is not bad.

Take a vacation, take a steb back and analyze things, have a night out on the town, speak to someone you love about the way you are feeling.

hi, first dont take more medications as you have to! im against most of that stuff, because its very bad for you if you take it for too long. but then again sometimes you just have to take something, so you get over the day...so its not always and only bad! for some people it could be a help to make a therapy...but that is something, everyone has to find out...my mom gots bad depressions and for her its a good thing...another important thing for depressed people is, you need goals in your life!! you need to find something you can work on or a goal you want to reach! get yourself a hobby (sport or some craft things) so you dont sit at home all the time... go out, see people (i know its hard sometimes) another good thing is sun, make a walk in the sun or something! sun is good for depressions..well join a club or something, just keep yourself busy and think about some goals you want to reach (short term and long term goals!) and check out this page:

I allow myself time to cry it out. Then I get up, get showered and dressed and go out into creation. I look up at the sky and remember that I am a part of something bigger than myself. I pray about the situation and release it to God. I spend time with friends, if possible. I remember that things always work out one way or the other.
If you have depressed symptoms for more than two weeks that include feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness and emptiness, you need intervention by health care professionals. I've been there too and have recovered.
Try to remember that life is just hard and not to take it too personally. Savor joy where and when you can find it and take it easy on yourself. I hope you feel better soon.
It is always a good thing to go to either a therapist or psychiatrist so that they can determine the actual root of the problem. They may find that it is just one of those cycles in life that you are having a "down time" or they may be able to pinpoint if it is more serious(ie a chemical imbalance) that requires medication to help stabilize. Most people still have a negative view on people who are depressed/bipolar because they truly do not understand that it is an imbalance that you are born with and have absolutely no control over. Hopefully you will see someone and help yourself get out of the darkness and back into living life. Life is too short to just hand it over without a fight to something you can conquer.
