If our internal body temperature is on average 98.6 then why does 100 feel so hot?

Question:

Answers:
Because your body must struggle to maintain 98.6 when the temp is higher. You body thermostat is set for
72 degree weather, and your muscles vibrate and generate heat accordingly. They can't stop.

Other Answers:
Because that's your internal tempature. Your skin tempature is not that hot. Same reason why a 100 degree shower is hot.
100 wouldn't feel hot if you were in it everyday and used to it.
well if you inside body temperture changes either way you could die!
Because our body regulates our temperature, since we are warm blooded.

Also, we sweat, which helps to keep us cool.
because your body gets use to a average tempture and then it is exposed to a higher temp it feels hotter than it really is. say you in side all day (in a/c) 72 deg. then walk out side to 90 deg. it feels really hot.
