My mother had a brain aneurysm years ago. Can she travel by plane?

Question:
My mother had a brain aneurysm 10 years ago. She made a miraculous recovery and has been fine since. I'd really like it if the two of us could travel together, but we are unsure of whether or not it would be safe for her to fly, because of the pressure in the plane. Neurologists have told her "It shouldn't be a problem," but we have not gotten any straight answers.

Does anyone have any personal experience with this sort of thing?

I'd appreciate the help.

Answers:
Like the neurologist said, the pressure should be no problem. An aircraft cabin is pressurized to be equivalent to about 8,000 feet. It would be like driving over a mountain for hours at a time.
