Niacan will not work. There is nothing that will clean you out. Regardless of what anyone will tell you, drinking vinegar, bleach, herbal tea, or any of the other cleansing products WILL NOT WORK. Exercise could possibly increase your chances of a negative result, but not by a large margin. If the tester says anything about your urine appearing too clear, just tell them that you try to make it a habit to stay well hydrated and drink at least a gallon of water each day. Another option is synthetic urine or the real thing if you know someone who can give you a clean sample. You need to make sure it is the correct temperature though, because they will check the temp. I put a couple drops of bleach in my sample, it DOES disturb the ph balance and they will call you in for a follow up test, but that buys you the time you need to clean up your system. If theres a head shop nearby there are other alternatives available. Also, if it's a hair test, you are out of luck unless you have the shampoo to beat it.

Bad idea. I won't work and it will irritate your skin and causes red rashes all over your body that constantly itch and burn. I had three friends do it on the same day, same results for all three. You are better off going to GNC and taking a clean kit. They range from $30-$50. Don't eat a lot of fatty foods while taking them and take it before the test about 2-8 hours. Unlike what was mentioned before don't drink a lot of water, they test for that. The clean kits do work, just follow theinstructions. Good luck.
Niacin can work - but I don't know if that's possible by Friday. Usually you take 500 mg. 3 times a day (take motrin 1/2 hr. before the niacin - you will get very flushed, and will burn). Then you drink all the water you can fit into your stomach.
