Question:
i really feel sick nautious and in a bad mood & dizzy this has been going on for around a week now and i am concerned cause i do not even want to wake up or i am not hungry like before and i am 35 week and getting preterm contractions already which is good but i do not want to tell my doctoc about the headaches cause everytime i go and tell him wat i feel he says is normal inlcluding that i have been bleeding for ove a month now and he says is normal can it be high blood pressure or just the heat here in arizona?

Answers:
The headaches could be caused by stress, hormones, being tired, heat just about anything. I would tell my doc all my symptoms and not let him just brush it off. Make sure he knows that you are extremely concerned about the headaches and that you feel dizzy. A good doctor should have told you about high blood pressure if you have it. If you had a high BP before pregnancy then you would be monitored for that throughout. The bleeding for over a month could be a number of things but if the bleeding is about the same as a normal menstrual period and your doctor doesn't appear to be concerned I'd get a new doc. One other cause of bleeding is placenta previa, a condition where the placenta implants low in the uterus usually near the cervix and when the preterm contractions begin the opening and closing of the cervix sometimes tears the placenta and causes some spotting.
