I have a terrible pain on my back. It's near my shoulder. Does anyone know what could help the pain go away?

Question: I have no idea what it's from. I've had it for a week or two now. I'm also only 16 so it seems rather odd. Does anyone have any ideas to make it stop hurting or what it could be. It almost has a burning sensation when it hurts really bad.

You can take an anti-inflammatory medication such as Aleve and apply heat. If it is not better in a couple of days, go see your doctor.
