If it is coming out of the wall you are going to need to tear the wall apart and look at the other side to see where the problem is coming from. Depending on how bad it is will tell you how far you have to go in order to clear it from the bathroom. If you don't treat it correctly it will return.
You need venilation in your bathroom by either a window or exhaust fan.

Not if it's edible! Actually, mushrooms are a form of fungus and most fungi like to grow in damp, well fertilized areas. I would suggest getting rid of your mushroom (pluck it out) and cleaning the bathroom thoroughly with Chlorox.
