School starts in 2 days and I cant get to sleep at night what are some ways to get to sleep earlier? Help?

My usuall bed time during school is 9:00 pm but now I can never go to sleep untill around 3:00 or 4:00 am.

when u go to sleep late, like 3 or 4 am like u mentioned, wake up very, very early so that youre tired the next day and ready to go to sleep early and resume your school schedule. im having the exact same thing, and im about to switch to my regular schedule by doing this.

Play sports in the afternoon or something to make you tired. It helps me.
Take some benadryl. That'll knock you out.
try to relax get off the computer turn out the lights lay down and you will fall to sleep
First, relax. Make yourself get up early. and try pounding down a couple of benydryl before bed. Oh yeah, lay off the caffiene and sugar.
We probably have the same problem, too much tv, too much internet too many distractions.

Try turning everything off and laying in the dark, no lights and maybe one of those eye masks.

Also, no caffiene after 3pm.
dont drink caffinne after 3pm
All of the above....benedry is safe to use, but don't get dependent on it to make ou sleep.
Try to follow the same bed-time routine every night. Take a short walk (stroll, don't hurry), followed by a warm bath or shower, play some soothing music while you change into your night clothes ("The Four Seasons", "Enya", or new age/ambient music does it for me).
Don't listen to rowdy music, talk on the phone or watch TV in bed... and don't do rigorous exercise before bed.
