Felt dizzy and a little shaky for about 5 hours now (READ BELOW)?

Question:
About 4-5 months ago I had an inner ear infection, dizziness and all. The doctor gave me Antivert for the dizziness but nothing for the ear. Eventually it all went away. Now, today I get dizzy again, but it's different, last time it was like the room was spinning, this time it's kinda like my eyes dont wanna focus or I stood up too fast and Im shaky. Could this be the inner ear infection again? Pregnant? 24 Hour bug?

Answers:
I'd say you have vertigo.

Other Answers:
I think it could be any of the 3 possiblities. See your doctor.

have you done ne crazy drungs in the past few hours b4 that happend. did u drink wayy too much or maybe you just need to start You're going to die. JK! Maybe you were dehydrated. I got that too. I stood up and felt so dizzy I almost fainted. To all those people who are going to the mountains this summer, don't get a bloody nose when you're 9,500 ft above sea level. If it's not this, than it probably is the ear infection. Sorry. I hope you feel better.

I'd say get to the hospital or your doctors office..call someone to drive you,,, play it safe inner ear infections are nothing to mess with the infection could go to your brain..get your self some help.now!!

Have you eaten shrimp, scallops, crab, oysters, or any other shellfish within the past 24 hours. Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, could signal shellfish poisoning or allergy. I recently suffered from this, and it was excruciating. It started with dizziness. I couldn't focus on anything, and closing my eyes just made it worse. It was like a really bad drunk spell.

Also, if you had an inner ear infection and your doctor didn't provide you with an anitbiotic, then you probably still have it. That's the only way to get rid of an ear infection.

Hope you get to feeling better!
